Dia de los Muertos 2013 Ensenada
Friday, November 1st – Sunday, November 3rd, 2013, Join Native Alien and friends at the Rancho Agua Caliente for our annual event, Dia de los Muertos, a celebration of those no longer with us,
 and a dance party for those who are with us today.
Native Alien will be honoring the Dia de Los Muertos celebration and traditions by decorating the Rancho Agua Caliente cemetery, chapel and our community altar with orange Mexican marigolds, candles, and ofrendas (offerings). Everyone is encouraged to bring photos and memorabilia for the altar, as well as the favorite foods and beverages of your lost loved ones!

Rancho Agua Caliente is about 2-3 hours South of the border. View our detailed driving directions, and use Google Maps. The Rancho Agua Caliente entrance gate will open at 8am, and close at 10pm. Please plan your arrival accordingly.
Event Hours:

The event starts at 4pm on Friday, November 1st, and ends Sunday, November 3rd at 10pm. Guests are welcome to set up camp as early as Thursday, and are invited to stay Sunday night if needed.
DJs & Entertainment:
Enjoy Funktion-One Sound by V.S. Sound, Lighting by Auditive Live, plus DJs and performers from both California and Baja California.
Bar & Restaurant:
La Vibora Bar and Restaurant will be open during Dia de los Muertos. Local chefs and culinary art students from the Escuela de Enologia y Gastronomia de UABC in Ensenada will be creating fresh, organic meal options in a style that is internationally known as “Baja Med.†(Yes, vegetarian options will be available.) Pre-sale meal ticket packages are available. The bar and restaurant will be CASH ONLY, so be sure to bring your dollars and pesos, both are accepted!
Hot Springs:

At Rancho Agua Caliente, the hot springs and facilities provide you with your own exclusive private spa. Relax in the hot springs tub and splash in the cool Olympic size swimming pool. Private roman baths with hot spring water showers are available as well.
Camping:

The Oak tree lined campsites are located steps away from the nature preserve, chapel, restaurant, bar, hotel, hot springs, swimming pool, and main stage. The Campground has firepits, park grills, and men and women’s bathroom facilities.

Be Prepared:

Be sure to read “Code Of Conduct†and “What to Bring†before you arrive! Don’t forget your passport, and your Mexican Auto Insurance. Please carpool, and riding in a caravan is encouraged!

Purchase tickets by filling out the registration form on our site. Payments will be processed through paypal, and you will receive a confirmation email. Be sure to print your ticket and bring it with you. Your reservation is non-transferable, and non-refundable.
